Britney Spears is being dropped by her divorce attorney, Laura Wasser!
The fallen pop star paid a visit to Wasser earlier this week and looked extremely distraught as she left her offices.
Wasser's resignation couldn't have come at a worse time for Spears, as her ex-husband Kevin Federline ramps up his efforts to get primary physical custody of Tater Tot and Small Fry.
TMZ is reporting that Wasser has put Spears in touch with other lawyers who could help the former singer in her ongoing custody battle, but Spears has become so reliant on Wasser that she doesn't like any of the alternatives.
Poor Brit.
She's lost in this world. Drowning.

i guess raoul felder is going to be billing some serious overtime. sometimes i feel really awful for britney and then use a different part of my brain and just hate her guts. if she really loses her kids, she's going to get nutty like never before and have to be tossed in the loony bin, frances farmer style. honestly, i don't know how she can pull out of this death spiral. even if she sobers up, her pelvic region is more famous than elvis presley's now, and lots of web users sit as judges and jurors. then again, since it's britney, how do you defend the indefensible? whore!

We should all remember that this young woman is ill and have a little more compassion for her. I agree her parenting skills show a lack of judgment but she could be helped.I think it is obvious that she has emotional problems and she may be self medicating with drugs and/or alcohol but we shouldn't write off a young woman without a sincere try at helping her. Britney disgusts me. And why does she wear provocative clothing when she is still FAT!!! She needs to face reality and realize that she is no longer the hot, fit, "responsible" Britney that she once was. She has two small children and she just goes on and about doing whatever she feels like doing. It's okay to go out and have fun at times but Britney just crosses the line and goes overboard with it.
