Kid Rock's former DJ is currently being held on $5 million by police in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was booked on a second-degree forcible sex offense after police responded to a call at an Embassy Suites hotel around 4:45 AM this morning. Rape ain't funny.

The Follow singer is expected to face a judge later today.
