To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Elvis' death, Lisa Marie Presley recorded a virtual duet of In The Ghetto with her father.

She then proceeded to make an exploitative video for the song featuring children playing with guns and shiz.

So cheap!

Can't you be a little more creative in the way you get people to 'think'?

At least the song is pretty. Just listen.

      First and formost, I LOVE LISA MARIE. That woman has an attitude (in a good way) and doesn't take shit from anybody. Totally fierce. Yeah, so she married Michael Jackson and is a Scientologist… so what? I still think she rocks. She sounds great too. The pics of babies with guns, however, was totally ridiculous. they could have found much more heart wrenching video (like of actual children in the ghettos of Chicago and the rest of the USA).       All of the money from this song and video are being donated to provide housing in NOLA for storm victims.

      That having been said, the problem in the gehetto isn't gun, it is babies born out of wedlock, without fathers to take care of them.

It's a place Elvis build for the homeless and the needy. This money will help with upkeep and the families that live there!!!       I loved Elvis. Lisa Marie is decent singer, but she just doesn't have the IT factor. She looks hard. She's always looked hard, but more so at this age and with the terrbile lighting on the vid. Way cheezy vid. Lame. It could have been way better.

      At least she is doing something for the world. Sales will benefit the New Orleans branch of Presley Place, a transitional-housing facility the Presleys are building for homeless families.
