Ok, I know this sounds terrible, but I seriously think something is not right w/Shiloh. The child ALWAYS has a vacant look on her face. She's 15 months old now not 4-6 months. She should be smiling, laughing or something– anything! Suri is only one month older and look at all the facial expressions she has AND the activities she does.
