Just saw her live recently, and she is amazing! I can't reccomend her enough
i like her a lot since i discovered her. if you don't know, regina spektor is a singer songwriter and classically trained pianist with antifolk and indie rock influences. she was born in then soviet moscow to a family of ukrainian jews who fled when she was nine and afterward moved to the bronx section of new york city. regina is a fan of suzanne vega and beck and makes some similar music. i saw her live on good morning america back in april and now i'm hooked. i'll try to get tix now!
