The singer takes to the pages of the new Hello! magazine to set the record straight!
She says:
- "Everything I stand for is about being a strong, independent woman, so for him to be seen as a wife beater is devastating for me because he's not - he never has been."
- "They're trying to make him out to be this aggressive, violent, woman batterer and he's not. If you read those police reports, they never say he physically beat up a woman."
- "The only thing I don't like is that my friends and family read this and go into shock-horror mode, thinking, 'Oh, she's married a psychopath!'."
- "He hasn't been the best of people. I know everything that he's done. He went through group therapy and counselling, but he's fully aware of what he's done."

1) Breaking up w/ Mel B and Denying his child on Public TV (that should've been private)…..which is what caused all this in the first place.
2) He didnt go see the baby when she was born (something he should've done b/c there was a possibility that the baby was his)
3) after the baby is born he had to FORCED by the courts to take the DNA test.
4) after paternity was proven, he STILL didnt see his child or send Mel B and $$, only after Mel B got her lawyer Eddie released a statement that he gave Mel B $$.
