How Do You Spell ARRESTED????!!!!

Fagulous singer Darren Hayes was arrested in London this past weekend.

Why?

For a racially motivated verbal attack on a waiter at a Thai restaurant.

A manager at the Busaba Eathai restaurant in Soho (the gayborhood) confirmed the incident and said that it involved a verbal attack by Hayes on a member of staff and that the matter was now being investigated by police.

Racism is not cool!

But…..

You can get arrested for saying not so nice things in the UK????

Girls are on fire!!!

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
