      Didja ever notice, when Brad Pitt is giving a live interview, he seems embarrassed that he is so good looking, almost apologetic for making the interviewer and audience uncomfortable with how gorgeous he is.       First time I thought him was in the movie Interview with a Vampire, which was filmed in New Orleans. I remember my reaction, I was totally overwelm by his beauty and talent.

      He has always shown respect and sensibility towards the women he's being with, with the exception of Jennifer Aniston. Why? Because I think the influence of Angelina Jolie is wrong for this man.

      He wanted to have a family, not 4 kids in one year. He wanted a home, not privates jets and 14 countries in 15 days. While Angelina is arrogant, full of herself and a media whore, Brad is quiet, never talk about his private life and always mantain his dignity.

He knows it's because of his looks and has been thankful for that; now he seems to want to give back with the help of his new partner. I recall on an Oprah interview (with Jennifer Aniston being present) that he asked Oprah for help to get involved with African projects. Seems to me that he found someone else to help him with that (Angelina); I do think what he did to his ex-wife was disgraceful - becoming emotionally involved with a co-worker while still married.

      No, #43, it's not actors trying to save the world - it's some people in the spotlight that have been fortunate enough to earn incomes much larger than the majority of us will ever earn in our lifetimes and choose to use a portion of that to help others in need. Their fame brings social issues to the foreground and the money they contribute to a cause they believe in goes to help many others. I find this much better than buying the latest bag off the runway in 50 different colors and other crap that will end up hanging in a jammed packed closet. Some celebs actually charge fees to appear at charity events. Brad and Angelina are two of the ones that actually walk the talk What do you have against helping someone in need? There may be a time when you find yourself in that position and you'll be damn happy that someone was there to help.

      I think it's great what he's doing with Global Green; but when you attach yourself to a 'green' project you should be living as 'green' as possible. When you fly around the world in private jets and then proceed to get picked up from the airport in numerous SUV's. I would say that's not being 'green' and it's being a hypocrite.       Im all for what Brad is doing for the people of new orleans i think it is great and I commend him for it. But what I want to know is where is the outcry for the people Mississippi? I am a coastal resident of Mississippi and Katrina whiped out the entire coast and many many and miles inland. Why does the media and celebrities overlook us? I am one of the lucky ones that had proper insurance and am able to rebuild. New Orleans 9th ward is not the only place with poor that need help! We have people still homeless, still living in Fema trailers and spread out all over the country as well. My husband is a firefighter here, He saw first hand the death and destruction that took place here but I guess our local and state government didnt F**k up in the aftermath as bad so its not political enough for celebrities to get involved here? There have been some that have stepped up and to those, I applaud you. New Orleans is my neighbor and my heart bleeds for every soul lost, for every home and family destroyed in the aftermath of Katrina. I think that most of the country feels the same way about New Orleans, I just wish the people of Mississippi got the same attention and help. So just incase the famous people dont know… massive amounts of people died HERE. Thousands are homeless HERE, thousands and thousands of fema trailors are parked everywhere HERE, People are still missing HERE, The elderly and poor cant afford to rebuild HERE.
      Okay sorry for the rant, I really do appreciate everything being done for New Orleans. I guess you would just have to live here to understand why It upsets me so much, and see what we see everyday. Cause you sure aint going to see it on the national news, and you dont see many celebrities shouting for our poor.

      I just wrote a long comment on how upsetting it is to live here on the Mississippi Coast, and watch everyday another celebrity over look our poor and misplaced people. I guess the comment was to long cause it didnt show up. so basically i will say this… I commend anyone who helps New Orleans, they need it and deserve all help they can get. But and a very big But I wish that all these celebrities and the national news media would travel just little bit to the east of new orleans to Mississippi. Our entire coast and inland areas were completly whiped out by katrina, we had many lives lost, our poor cant rebuild either, our people are misplaced also, there are thousands and thousands of fema trailors that are being lived in oh and guess what, the progress here isnt good here either. I guess our local and state government didnt f**k up as bad so its not as political so Hollywood isnt knocking our our poor and elderly's doors.

      Isn't it funny - when Brad is interviewed, it's, "I, this.." and "I,that.." and "I feel…." and "I think that…" - all comments from an "I" perspective. When Angelina talks, it's "we, this…" and "we, that.." and "we feel….". Yet, you rarely see them photographed together. Even on "family" outings, they are shown with a bodyguard, a kid, a friend, etc. instead of each other and the photos on all these websites are used month after month after month..
