I like Britney. She clearly demonstrated that it is possible to rise above one's trailer-trash, no culture, no class roots, in order to become a celebrity and achieve success that many of us will only ever dream of.
The present episodes demonstrate however that she is as human as all of us, and I believe that she is just going through the normal traumas that all of us experienced in growing up. Unfortunately in moments of extreme emotional distress, one tends to revert to the psychological building blocks of their childhood, which, in Britney's case, were obviously quite nebulous. So she has reverted to her type and class.
Let's give Britney a chance. Let's hope that she takes it.
