Oh, boy.

If she's been working on shit like this, then Britney's comeback is going to be one huge nuclear bomb.

A very very good source just sent us a new song that Spears has been working on. It pretty much sucks, mostly.

The tune is a ballad. It's black. It's got cheesy cheesy lyrics, we're assuming Britney wrote.

The only redeeming thing about the song is that you actually hear Brit Brit sing. Like SING! In a way she hasn't in ages.

She obviously is feeeeeling what she's singing about.

If she wants a hit, though, she's gonna need to step up her game.

We want the uptempo pop-dance gems that made Britney a worldwide superstar back in the day!

Britney has just been really hurt and everyone has there own way of dealing with things. If singing a song about it will help her heal than i'm all for. Give her a chance to help herself. I love it. I can't wait to hear more of Britney songs. Britney should know she has fans that love her music which is why she's able to sell the massive records she's been doing. If only she would release a new album already. It's good to hear her sing again and not just talk/sing of Madonna.

I can't believe that this song is passable to some people here! I think it is absolutely horrible! If this is a finished song…oh lord help her! If it is a demo, there is room to expand and grow on the idea, but if she is planning on debuting this lovely song at the VMA's, she will get boo'ed so fast she will be spinning!

The "baby boy" part really grates my nerves! And she has done the whole little girl music box sound on her Britney album (on That's Where You Take Me) and on other of her songs too….

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
