This is a girl who grew up in white, middle America, she was a cheerleader in highschool, charismatic, with an incredible voice. So she hit the big time with the fugees, had a very bad experience with her well publicized love-affair gone wrong with Wyclef and she made one fantastic solo album from that experience. Wyclef would not leave his wife (at the time) for Lauryn, Lauryn was destroyed by this. She got super burnt out by the industry and fell off the edge of the world with Rohan Marley and her four (?) kids. Go live your life Lauryn, play guitar for your kids, stay away from the limelight and begone forevermore.

She had a concert in dubai (middle east) recently and she had difficulty singing. It was more like mumbling to herself. A few songs she managed to get the right notes but then went back to a raspy voice that is out of breath. She looked like a drugged out doll whose eyes roll to the back of their heads…such a shame. She was talented and now she is just weird.

It really shows that most of the people here their school system has literally failed them miserably. People here need to develop what I call thinking skills especially you Perez Hilton. That would include such things as the ability to judge the source and quality of information, cipher out fact from fiction, learn to evaluate evidence and draw logical conclusions. Do people have any proper evidence whatsoever to prove that she hates white people? Do people know her personally and do they know somebody close to her? Anyway, that ugly rumour is total Bullshit. It speaks more about those that mindlessly repeat it than it does about Lauryn Hill. People love her in Europe and the crowds there are every bit as milky white as most of you ignorant suckers. Come to think of it, most of her band members are white. By the way Lauryn Hill grew up in a white suburb and went to predominantly white schools, attended Colombia University, and she is childhood friends with Zach Braff from Scrubs. We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
