Amy Winehouse seems to be doing better (we hope).
The Rehab singer and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the streets of London on Friday afternoon.
We spoke to Amy on Friday and she sounded lucid and well on the phone. She told us that she and Blake planned to go on a little holiday soon, and that should do her a lot of good.
Get away from the drama, the paparazzi, the bad influences and please focus on getting healthy and happy, girl!

i had a cutting problem during my early to mid teens. someone told me that the next time i wanted to cut, to picture my family and friends standing around, watching. everytime i went into the bathroom after that, i couldn't get their hurt expressions out of my mind.

Amy. let the doctors and professionals help you. Do it now. Just trust your family, friends, and fans on this. They have your best interests at heart. Don't trust your own perceptions because you are ill and not seeing things correctly. Things are not what you think. Go to rehab yourself if you have to, and stick with it, it's not forever. That is the way to get through this. You can turn your life around. When you come out, you'll be a better wife and, eventually, the mom I know you want to be. Plus make more brilliant music to delight us. This is what your nan (grandma) would want. We are all standing behind you and love you, so don't be afraid and don't put yourself down. Just get the help you need and the rest will follow. We will be with you all the way.
If you "don't want to go to rehab" then can you at least go to Dunkin' Donuts and put on some weight.

Amy babe you have fallen into a hole, and your only digging deeper. Get the help you need and jump out while you are still able to. Don't ruin yourself more then you have. Its never too late to change, but you have to want to get better to actually heal. It'll be hard to break the addiction but all the stress and pain will be well worth it in the long run. Be smart, but most of all be honest with yourself. If you know that something is not right, it probably isn't. You are too young to be going through all of this drama.
