    DINAH - UGH you make me angry!! I am the mother of a 21-year old who is a recovering addict. My son went to rehab 2X in the course of 13 months (he is now 18 months clean & sober) - HOWEVER, never ONCE did I ever emerge from visiting my son with a huge smile on my face saying "we are in a wonderful place in our lives". Are you fucking kidding me???

    Enabler is right. I was one to an extent & my son told me so during a family meeting in rehab. He resented me for it and I took that to heart. There is a difference between loving your child enough to say NO & helping them kill themselves because you chose to look the other way.

    I'm praying for Lindsay. Unless Dinah changes her tune, the poor girl doesn't stand a chance.
