An official from Malwai will visit Madonna on September 4th and stay with her family for two weeks to determine if she should finally and officially fully adopt little David Banda.

Madonna is "looking forward to this so her adoption process is not hampered," says the official.

Madge will definitely give that child a better life!

Get your facts right. The father couldn't look after the kid after the mother died. He took him to the orphanage and hadn't seen him in a year. He only showed a spark of interest when Madonna showed up to adopt a sick little boy. Angie did not get her kids delivered to her like a bottle of kabbalah water (pri) Madonna did, and was just too busy with other important stuff, she had to 'order in'.
She had to fly to Cambodia, Vietnaam and Ethiopia to bring her kids home.
Angie is very hands on with her kids, she is far too busy than Madonna,with the humanitarian stuff and all, but she takes her children to school, shops, playgrounds etc, but Madge leaves all of that to the nannies and hired help.

To say that we can't judge because we don't know her is not the way our society is set up. We are all a part of society and soceity judges. If we are not supposed to make judgement calls about people I assume you wouldn't cross the street if another person was weaving and bobbing and ranting as they came toward you. If we shouldn't judge people we don't know should we have societal laws? If so, should we obey any of those laws or are we independant of the society in which we live? Being that Madonna gave birth to her first child in 1996 at the age of 38 mind you…..I HIGHLY doubt she was one of the first celebs to have a "baby daddy". Not to mention, when she did give birth she was still with the child's father and remained so for a while after the birth. Why is Madonna seen as a bad mother for preferring her children to read and interact with others as oppossed to being zombies in front of the "boob tube" for hours on end playing video games or watching stupid reality shows?? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT PEOPLE?

FYI– I highly doubt a woman who is on a macrobiotic diet is going to feed her kids "burgers and fries" all the time.

REALLY DON'T HAVE KIDS. YOU SOUND IGNORANT….I PRAY THAT YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE CHILDREN!! If you do…..Call Madonna's people, she could teach you a thing or two.

Why would they want to take this beautiful innocent child away from someone who can provide him with so much love, opportunity , and life only one from his background can only dream about?? Who the fuck in their right mind would deny this child a chance like this? His father has no means or support for this child. His mother is dead. Madonna can give him the life he deserves and better. His father gave him up to a foster home. Now all of a sudden he wants him back? He wants the money, not the child. If I were a child in his position, I would want Madonna as my mother!!!! Hell, I would have loved Madonna as my mother growing up!

Now, I am totally for US adoption, I think we should take care of our own. But underneath, we are all human, and despite what many think, an American's life is NOT worth any more than the life of anyone from any other country.

As entertainers try to out Madonnna Madonna we are given Justin with a chubby on stage dry humping his dancer, Akon man handling a 14 year old, and every kind sexploitation you'd ever NOT want to be exposed to. Some call it pushing boundaries, some call it pushing porn. It's a thin line that Madonna walked, but not always with equilibrium. Of course bad behavior is a natural progression to bad language, which has crossed both genders and spanned all social strata. We see it on this site daily. The language is base, ignorant and mean. Since Madonna is teflon now and nothing sticks to her I guess the multitudes of "Papa Don't Preach" didn't sink in. I guess we haven't been left with thousands of "Baby Daddy/Baby Momma" children. And as irony goes, it was rich when David's father was having second thoughts about keeping his child. Since Madonna hit the scene parents had to go into filter overdrive. More irony, Madonna has to hyper filter her kids from the music/entertainment culture she helped create.

Should we also blame Madonna for the rapists we have trolling our streets? Or what if the world ends tomorrow, that's her fault too I suppose? You've GOT to be American right? EVERYTHING you mentioned above (minus the Paris Hilton phenomenon) was happening long before Madonna hit the scene. Does life imitate art or art imitate life? Something happened in the 1960's and 1970's called the Sexual Revolution. Yeah….Madonna was about 10 when this started. What about all the men that had been objectifying women for years..nobody seemed to have a problem with that? But when a woman came along who was in control of virtually EVERYTHING around her and she seemingly was "exposing/expressing" herself for HER OWN PERSONAL PLEASURE, that is when the "line" was crossed. Perhaps if she had been one of Hef's mindless little bunnies and kept "in her place" as a woman, she wouldn't have been so threatening.

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
