    All-Why is "rich or poor, black/white/other" the determining factor in level of sympathy given to the simple fact this man was having some serious issues and tried to end his life?? This should really make us think about how hard it might actually be to handle the obligations of being a celeb. He actually has to WORK. They don't just walk in, make a movie, get paid and leave…it's not easy and I'm thankful to not have the responsibility and would have to C my A everytime I want to go out and have fun, eat, sleep shit…and then there the Papps and PerezHilton.com

    his drug usage-that's what. supposedly he was on a 3 day drug binge and those type of drugs and for that duration will keel over an elephant.
    Hope he didn't suffer any brain damage and i do wish him a speedy recovery and a good life/future. He needs alot of proper mental help, rehab and stay with the AA meetings after he is released.

    You've got the money. You've got the girls. You've got the five star lifestyle. But you wake up every morning and life has no meaning. Solutions: 1) medicate away all feelings; 2) seek help; 3) treat underlying illnesses; 4) find meaning - look at how much you have with some perspective; 5) get new, happier life; 6) maintenance of the above. We feel bad that life being a celeb is so difficult and I can't imagine what would be so bad in his life that it called for a suicide attempt? WTF!     All drug users have mental issues. The problem is that they tend to self-medicate. Depression is a serious illness, but self-medication is not the answer. Owen, get some damn help before you ruin your career and integrity man. Man up and face your problems. Being a coward is a character flaw.
