OMG, you guys!!

Britney's new single, Gimme More, has finally dropped!!!!

It's not bad. It's not amazing. But it is very good, considering our girl's a little rusty.

We're kinda welling up with tears. There's still room for improvement, but this is a very good start!!!

I got to give it to her, I expected the worse and was plesantly proven wrong. She's almost always, aside from the personal and tabloid life, has done it right with her music. Way to go Britney, prove 'em all wrong at the VMA's! -=)

can stand britney in every possible way, and think the least of her issues is "this song" as its catchy and decent. Not amazing, but not bad. I just think soooo many people dislike her , that shes in a similiar dreary light as Madonna was during the Erotica phase ('92-94 or so), where even if the song is good, the publics disgust may prove to be her biggest issue selling records in the long run. This song is single worthy, and may be big on the charts, but the album itself may be scarred as most of her original fanbase grew up or seriously hate her now lol.

I hate that I sort of danced to that song a little. She's so gross and lucky that someone is still helping her fake her way through the music biz even though she's not even remotely talented or intelligent. Why can't she let a stylist help her fake being sort of attractive, and a PR person help her fake being somewhat of a decent human being? That way I might consider letting that song play on the radio when it comes on instead of switching it off immediately so I can get the picture of greasy extensions, blotchy skin, and fat, flabby butt cheeks out of my head!
