An Iowa district court on Thursday ruled that gay and lesbian couples can legally marry based on the state constitution's guarantee of equal treatment.

Yes! EQUALITY!

Civil unions are not good enough! We need and deserve "marriage." There is power in words!

And, history has shown us that separate but "equal" does NOT work!!!

Marriage is a RELIGIOUS tradition, and most churches don't support the homosexual lifestyle! Why would you even want to be part of that? Why do you have to have the word marriage? I understand that the GLBT community does not want to be different but equal. Just like in every other civil rights struggle. Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!
