I would never not be kind to someone for the reason of being gay. I will be honest with my opinion believe it or not only when asked… You don't know me and quite frankly, your opinion of me is not that important. Yeah, they can come up here (Canada) and get married, but when they go back to the States they have zero rights. They don't recognize our gay marriages (even though they've signed an international treaty agreeing to recognize all legal Canadian marriages). So, it's kind of pointless.

The whole thing is a calculated legal strategy. The case is going up on appeal, everybody knows that. And the next level of judges will suspend it immediately, anyway. What the judge did was suspend the ban against same-gender marriage long enough for one same gender couple to get married legally under his rulling. That way when it goes up on appeal, there will be a real life couple affected. The judge knows what he is doing, trust me.
