The homosexually inclined un-funnyman was at VH1's end of summer party at the LG House in Malibu on Friday night when things got a little out of control, as they tend to when the Dick is in the building.

"Andy got really fucked up and rowdy and passed out on the floor," a source tells us. "Security ended up kicking him out of the party!"

So sad…Andy actually had a moment of greatness during the Newsradio, Andy Dick show era. He was even one of the original cast memebers on The Ben Stiller show as well. I saw him at Conan in 2001 and he looked good. Since then I only hear terrible stories about him in the media. He looks like he is really going to shit. I hope someone reaches out to help him…at this point I wouldn't be suprised to hear he died.

I was one of Andy Dicks agents when he lived and worked in Chicago, when he was with Emilia Lorence, ltd. Back then he was a humble waiter at DB Kaplans Deli at the Water Tower Place on Michigan Ave. He was back then "over the top funny" and I liked him. Andy Dick IS funny, or at least he can be. News Radio may not be remembered as a big ratings success, it was however a favorite of the critics. Critically-acclaimed sitcoms are usually ignored by the dumbed-down mainstream audience because the humor goes over their heads. Discerning viewers appreciated it though, and Andy was one of the funniest cast members.
