IMHO the minutemen have it wrong if they are trying to do things by race or nationality.

Like I said, there was a time when people were trying to protect us from a lot of the groups you mention (limiting immigration of the Chinese, for example).

Even Ben Franklin didn't consider Swedes, most Germans, Spanish, or French people truly 'white!'

Protecting our way of life isn't about barring another race or culture, it's about respecting our laws and that goes for anyone who immigrates illegally, whatever race they are.
