   I must say for all the bad stuff the media has been pushing on this girl she is still managing to do exteremly, i love her voice she is a very talented singer and is also very ppretty not just Anybody could have done a song like that and carried it off. She just needs to quit her problem but hey no one is to judge her as she begin a musician doesn't make her God, she has blood running through her veins and therefore she should learn from her own mistakes. But all i can say is keep up the good work Amy Your a very very talent singer and you have a good husband who's showing you nuff love so you will be ok..

   It was only last week that she was seen with needle marks on her arms and the week before she was trudging around London with her husband covered in scratches and bleeding from where she had injected heroin between her toes and the week before the pair got thrown out of rehab for smoking skunk etc etc . No one gets addiction free that quick. I hope she cleans up but sadly there is a long way to go before she becomes healthy.

    with all these comments on being healthy and talent…i would argue that the greatest artists of all time were deeply troubled and/or crazy people. its only when facing the trials and tribulations of life that something beautiful can truly be created.

    she is addicted to serious drugs. she has eating disorders. she has depression problems. because of these problems, her talent is raw and from the heart. it is untampered by reason. for fucks sake, at least shes not like van gough and chopping off her ear!

    but yes, she will die early.

    I agree that the "tragic artist" contrived image is beyond lame.

    For an artist to REALLY impress folks and be truly "amazing," they must:

    1. Have true talent. In Amy's case, CHECK!

    2. Be drama-free, or at least have their demons under enough control that they don't burden the world with their chaos. EVERYONE has pain, sorrows and woes - not just you.

    I'm waiting on the day when a truly talented singer comes along who is healthy, stable, respectable and proud of it. Normalcy is rare!

    The drug-addicted artist bit is boring. Next!

    I love her voice, but she doesn't know how to sang. She is blessed with a voice, but she slurs her words and I she never takes it to the next level. That doesn't mean that she needs to do a prolonged whine like Xina Aguilera. I just think that Winehouse got a big voice and doesn't know what to do with it. Like a man with a big d*ck who has no tricks.
