She has lost her sponk and sassiness, which is sad because she could be doing amazing. So you link expired but I found the song online. Apparently this song was supposed to be featured on "Original Doll" which was supposed to follow up britney's greatest hits album until Federfuck derailed the Brit-train. Her single "Mona Lisa" was supposed to be on that album but the label killed it claiming Britney was thinking on her own too much and it made them panic. The reason this song sounds so old and done is because it was recorded 3 years ago when this was the sound. Maybe that's why it sounds half good. The girl has lost all passion for this business and its coming out in poor song choices. She's just honoring contracts, she doesn't care about what she puts out. Just YouTube "Cold as Fire" and you'll see what I'm talking about. Personally I would rather hear the drivel from "Original Doll" rather than the rush job for the new album. At least "Original Doll" would have been recorded when Britney liked her career.
