I was expecting a lot but after i learned that Chris Angel was taken off then it makes sense that it wasn't that all great. I thought the performance was ok. it was better than other performances. I WAS expecting more dancing but thinling about it the sing is not that easy to dance to cuz its kinda slow. If someone made fun of my kids especially during a custody battle i would be thinking of how im gonna kick the shit out of them! But she did look scared. maybe she knew people were gonna be judging her every single move.
P.s. i think her stomach was great! for having two baby and having a cheetos diet… c'mon! i was expecting her to be bigger but i was surprised!

The VMAs have been sucking for the past few years, I'm 22 and I already feel out of touch with MTV. Britney was too difficult to watch, I was hoping she would prevail or make the biggest ass of herself. She didn't do either, she just sucked. For well over a year now, people have attacked her as a mother…and even attacked her kids verbally…but she never stops the behavior that incites such talk. I would love to think she was there enough to be bothered by that, but she has not let it get to her as of yet, so why should I believe she suddenly started feeling again.
She did look dead in her performance…but it didn't look like sadness or stress, it looked like sedation. Maybe she wanted to beat Silverman's hynnie after hearing her rehease and they had to sedate her crazy a*%.

I felt bad for Britney tonight. Her original performance got cancled at the last minute by MTV producers. Ever since the Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake Superbowl Halftime incident (which MTV produced), they have really tried to not push the envelope anymore - which totally is the reason the MTV VMAs have sucked over the last 4 years. Her original performance was going to feature Criss Angel (the magician), but MTV felt it was too risky to do. So at the last minute they had to change the whole performance which sucks for Britney because she really needed to make a BIG comeback and not just a so-so performance.

Her performance was the most embarassing thing to watch. It was horrible, but more than anything, it makes me feel sad for her. I have 2 little boys just like her and if I heard someone calling my kids "mistakes" minutes before a performance my mood would be killed and my heart would be broken! Not to mention she has serious mental and drug/alcohol problems and I'm sure that makes it a lot worse. Overall, I would have not gone on stage at all if I knew I was going to feel so depressed and have no energy! It's a freakin' comeback! You don't wanna mess that up!
