Oh. My. Gaaawd. That was poor, and I mean POOR! She was like some drunk half wit on the podium of a club around closing time; not pulled, too shit faced to know when to stop but still going half heartedly anyway. She was out of synch much of the time. It was obvious she was nearly fucking up in places, but only JUST managed to hold it together. She looked sooooo self conscious and aware of what she was doing. I get that, but she needs to find her professionalism and get over it, lose herself in the performance etc… and she didn't. I have to say, even with some "oomph" put into the performance, it was a shiteous set peice and the choreography/concept lacked imagination, esp as a show opener!
this performance was not even worthy of a first time performer. to all the people who think that this was good are you guys smoking out of the same pipe and tossing back from the same vodka bottle as britney?

It could have been worse. It wasn't great but like I said it could have been ALOT worse!! The song wasn't as horrible as I thought it was gonna be. She just looked so stiff up there. The only two things I had a problem with was her outfit was a bit ridiculous for someone who has two babies at home and the "It's Britney Bitch." That really irked me. I hope she was talking to herself!

She looked fine- I don't think she's that fat or anything, although she could have worn something a little more classy, I dont think she looked nasty or fat. She looked slutty, but her body is normal if youre not looking at this messed up hollywood standard. her hair didnt even look that bad.
What bothered me was the lip synch was totally off, she looked lost, she wasnt even dancing, just kind of walking back and forth. at the part where the guy dips her, you can see the look on her face like, OH YEAH, I forgot about this part. She just didnt look excited at all. the part where she's pretending to do the laugh at the beginning is the worst. At least make your facial expression look like you are laughing. WIERD. She looked like she was on a bunch of pills or something.

I love it when people say "I MISS THE OLD BRITNEY!!!!!!"…..really? Why? She was nervous, pissed, and could not hear the monitors. When I saw the performance I was pissed because I didn't feel her at all. But I think you need to actually be a performer to understand what she is going through. Yeah, the performance sucked because she is ALWAYS ON POINT but overall it wasn't that bad. She didn't do it last night but she WILL MAKE A COMEBACK.
What was good:

I don't know what everyone is making such a big deal about. I watched this expecting a much worse "trainwreck". All I saw was that Britney looked a little stiff, and the outfit wasn't the most flattering, but the performance were all right. Not spectacular, but def. not awful.
She should have hired a better choreographer. I saw the pre-show rehearsal. It was bad. It didn't bring out her dancing abilities. Slave 4 u had good choreography. She needs a manager to set up a choreographer.

Secondly the outfit was unstylish and the fact that she was out of shape did not help. The dance moves could have been done by a 6 year old singing/dancing along. The song is good…lyrically hmm not so sure. Her dancers were killing it and everyone in the audience was dissapointed…diddy's face was priceless.If she wants to recover she better step up majorly!!
