Britney Did Drugs After Rehab, Courtroom Bombshell!

Britney Spears' former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, showed up to a Los Angeles court on Monday with his lawyer, Gloria Allred, prepared to testify in the ongoing baby battle between the former pop star and Kevin Federline. However, he never took the stand.

Why not? Neither the court nor Britney's attorneys chose to ask him any questions!

Instead, Barretto's declaration was entered into evidence.

In it, he alleges that Britney engaged in "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab."

Allred said Monday afternoon that Tony's declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."

Paying extra special attention to the developments in court was a representative from the city’s Department of Child and Family Services.

If Britney is endangering the well-being of Tater Tot and Small Fry, those kids must not be allowed any visitation with that trainwreck!
