i'm an actress and model and what she says is 100% TRUE. you have no idea how thin everyone is and how you are told that you can not work if you're above a size 0. Keira is actually much heavier and healthier looking than most, and she's always been that thin since she was a teenager. she's not as bad as the Olsens or Kate Bosworth or anything. i love Keira and she is being honest about the disturbing rules of Hollywood.

I used to think the majority of Hollywood actresses were really pretty but a line has definitely been crossed now with the likes of Keira, Thandie and Angelina gracing our screens looking like famine victims. Whether they're painfully thin due to personal tragedy, or are merely starving themselves due to some other mental disorder, they look ill, not attractive and Hollywood has to get a grip and stop promoting undernourishment as beauty. Even the fashion industry is being forced to take a long, hard look at itself after several models have died due to complications resulting from annorexia. I saw Keira on Jonathan Ross the other week and was SHOCKED by her skeletal frame. She has a serious problem if she thinks she's bigger than the American twigs. You CAN be too thin, people!

She could look to Uma Thurman as a role model. Uma is very tall but she seems to have a healthy weight and is fit. She is very womanly. She was so strong in the Kill Bills. We need more women heroes.

It's so sad - she looks emaciated and not so beautiful.

Come on, now. I think this picture was "tweaked" by using Photoshop. Just here and there to make it look more extreme. That's not fair!

Everyone should be a normal healthy weight. Each person knows whether they feel good or not. If you don't feel good or don't have enough energy, then you should go to the doctor and check it out.

If you saw the "Thin" documentary on HBO - you will know that it is not a laughing matter. Anorexia is a fatal disease. Young models have recently died from it.

So, let's not joke about it. It's like an addiction. If the person does not want to change or get help, you can't make them. Some of them have to have feeding tubes inserted. But they even find ways around that to lose weight. One woman was actually siphoning out her stomach through the feeding tube.

So, it is a very serious disease, like alcoholism.

Everyone everywhere should be supportive if they know someone who seems to have this. Refer them to help. But they themselves have to want to change and cooperate with the treatment.

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
