It really does look like a very bad drag performance. If some gay boy ever became a big fan of hers enough to don blonde wig and ill-fitting gown, the resulting tribute in the local corner bar would still look better than this.

With that flitty little voice that doesn't seem to be confident enough to appear anywhere but an overproduced recording studio, she would be better off doing something a bit more intentionally ethereal. Not to mention, the overall effect of her lip synching in a club on her birthday, on her, lends an air of a party her parents have paid for. Look at me, everyone. I'm special.

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
