Why? Because the famed tenor changed his legal documents weeks before his death and left a lot more money to his second wife.

The dude was worth almost $500 million. Each of his kids would have easily gotten $100 mill. And they still want more.

Wow! That IS greedy! And I don't really see where the controversy lies regarding him giving his 2nd wife more money. Of course he changed his will so that she would get more money than his first wife! He wasn't married to his first wife anymore, and so she probably already got money in their divorce settlement or whatever, and it was HIS perogative to do with his money as he saw fit! If I had been his 2nd wife, I would have expected to receive more money than his first wife as well! Why should he be expected to leave equal amounts to both of them?? He wasn't in a relationship with his first wife anymore, and she probably made millions off of him when they split! I'm sure she's living somewhere happy as a clam with the money she made from that marriage! (At least living more comfortably than the rest of us working stiffs anyway.) He told several close friends that he was planning on leaving before he was sick, but he could because she wouldn't let him see his daughter. I think it is more about principle than money.
