Leave It! Only old ladies have short hair because they are lazy. While it may look decent on you, I prefer beautiful long hair. Unless it's for a movie role I don't see why having way short hair where your bangs go 1/2 the way down as the rest of hair is something you'd want to have.

Love the cut but she should rethink her "style". That haircut needs to be worn with an updated take on the 60s "mod" look. Get rid of the Kohls earrings and the busy purse for a start - high necks are great but need to be black, lots of eyelashes and mascara.

First off, those bangs are too full and emphasize her overly round head. They need to be thined out or swooped to the side with a side part. Secondly, the short cut really flattens out her hair to her face. If she is going to wear her hair so short she needs to give it a tad more volume! I think her hair would be prettier a little above her shoulders with more body and a swoop bang!!

We won't get to see how the ladies did until the fall, but today in Austin, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato took their seats as the new judges on The X Factor. Someone had the foresight of smuggling in a recording device to the Texas auditions and we've got the audio from the ladies' first critique!

And you know what? They sound like old pros!
