When will Denise Richards start to behave like an adult?????
The out-of-work actress is freakin' insane. On Wednesday, she filed a motion in Los Angeles Superior Court asking a to protect her children from their father, her ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
Richards' lawyer, Neal Raymond Hersh, says, "She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children. This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise's shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children."
Hersh did not elaborate what Sheen's "personal issues" are.
For his part, Charlie countered, releasing the following statement: "Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she owns our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does."
We're sure Sheen has issues, but they probably pale in comparison to Richard's insanity!
We hope Denise has good PROOF that Charlie has "issues." And if she doesn't have proof, then they better take her kids away for a while for being a crazy bitch that's disrespectful of the legal system.

If Charlie wasn't doing anything wrong, out of the ordinary, strange or suspicious when his kids were at his house he would accept Denise's nanny and just enjoy the time he has with the girls the way any other father would.
