Amy's teeth can be fixed, unlike American society which is sick to the core. It is quite obvious that Amy picked up her present bag of ailments when she was recently in America. Amy is a good girl, from a solid middle-class family, when she was in America the shock of seeing poor Americans dying in the street because they had no medical insurance, drove Amy into a rage of despair, self-harming and substance abuse. Amy will make a full recovery. I would rather see Amy's smile than the cheap plastic, empty smile of an American. Do one.
