Yup, Britney was spotted partying it up at Winston's and Hyde in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

All her ~~enablers~~ fans are right. We're too hard on Brit Brit. We hope she drank a lot and did a bunch of drugs last night! She's had a stressful couple of days! She deserves to unwind!!

The judges ruling leads me to believe that he thinks BOTH parents have issues and have not handled themselves in a mature fashion.
1.) Both to attend co-parenting & co-parenting without conflict classes.
2.) Both to refrain from alcohol & illegals 12 hours prior to child contact.
3.) Both to refrain from "bad-mouthing" the other parent.
4.) Both to refrain from corporal punishment.
The ONLY court order Britney has to follow (that Kevin doesn't) is random drug testing. And I have a suspicion that Britney admitted to abusing drugs & alcohol. She was NOT tested prior to the hearing so this would have to have been brought to light by her own admission.
These orders lead me to believe that NEITHER Kevin NOR Britney have what it takes to care for these children without assistance. And the WEED should be an issue. I wouldn't want my kids cared for by a pot head. He's been partying recently too. Not as much as Britney but he has been out there too. Do you really believe he's a fit parent….He may be the less of 2 evils bur really is he what you would want to expose your own kids to? I wouldn't

Yes….but there IS help that would allow her to lead a somewhat normal life.
Drugs & Alcohol worsen these symptoms….BUT substance abuse can also mimic Bi-polar symptoms. Many of those symptoms can be applied to the drug abuse cycle. Sadly, I have had experience with this.

This is gonna be long so I apologize but I have been reading the comments on this stupid woman and really, I'm not sure either parent should have those poor boys. "K-Fed" is clearly trying to be the sole "owner" of the famous (and idiotic Britney Spears for the money, and Britney just doesn't seem to get what being a mother is about. Yesterday, The X Factor season two auditions kicked off in Austin, TX with its new judging panel of Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, LA Reid and Simon Cowell!

Everything seemed to be off to a great start...that is, until Mz. Brit Brit was nowhere to be found!!!
