Looking eerily similar to Ashlee Simpson, Hilary Duff runs some errands in LA on Thursday.

While carrying a power bag and dressed in an itsy bitsy wrap top with some killer boots, the Duffster stopped by a local CVS drugstore to pick up some necessities.

Hilary's European tour will be delayed due to her filming schedule, which includes two movies back to back.
