This past week a Los Angeles judge says that the mother of two is a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances.
There is no sugarcoating that fact. Her fans need to stop being enablers and admit the truth.
Yes, she's going through "hard times" but there's no one to blame but HER!
Thankfully, there is chatter that Spears may be checking back in to rehab. Again.
E! Online is reporting that Britney's legal team and the few friends and family members she’s still in contact with are urging her to seek treatment.
"She has said she’ll go again," says one Spears insider. "But everyone is worried she won’t go at the last minute."
Hopefully she will go back to rehab…if she doesn't want to lose her kids!

Yes, maybe labeling the picture FAS is a little mean but I was looking at pictures of her kids a couple of days ago and I had the same thought. I know a kid who has it and (especially in the younger one) I noticed some of the same facial features. It's not funny, it's really sad. But, they are toddlers so it's hard to tell. Babies features tend to be spread out more anyway. Only time will tell though I would think it would've been mentioned in the press by now if it were true.

My Mom was a drug addict too, and she was a good woman despite her problem. She passed away last May from her struggle with heroin. I strongly believe that Britney is going to do better with her life. i'm sure that there is alot of people out there that smoke and drink and even do alittle drugs and they have children and everything is fine. Yet Britney has the disfortune to be a celebrity and everyone knowing her business. S what if she drinks and does what ever she wants as long as the children are not with her. So maybe no one would ever have found out all her private things if Kevin Federline could earn his own moey and not be trying to take the kids away so he can get the child support. Because lets be honest that is surely why he is doing all of this, he never tried to take the kids away from his out of work, no money making other baby mama. So I say let Britney be Britney why should we be able to have an opinion or know move by move of what this woman does in her daily life. I'm sure that if it was you everyone was trying to safe you too would not like it. And as far as the children, I'm sure that these kids have everything they could ever need and I am sure that they are well taken care of. Maybe we should take a look and talk more about what we can do to safe the children that are been killed in Africa and in South America, or how we can safe the starving children in our own countries that seem not to be noticed because is more important to safe Britney Spears and her babies that really don't need saving at all.
