Britney Spears is going to extreme measures to lose weight!
According to a Los Angeles court, the former pop star is a "habitual, frequent, and continuous" user of drugs.
And Spears is also abusing prescription medications, Us Weekly is reporting.
The mother of two has been photographed in public while sucking on inhalers.
"She doesn't have asthma," a source tells the mag. Instead, Britney is using the chemical epinephrine, found in asthma medications, as an appetite suppressant.
Not smart!
Serious side effects of epinephrine abuse include headaches, dizziness, nausea, sleepiness and heart arrhythmia.
Get help, Britney.

This doesn't even make sense. Epinephrine (adrenaline), is a hormone/neurotransmitter. It's used as a bronchodilator in inhalers, and isn't used (even for recreational purposes) for appetite suppression.

If any of you knew anything about asthma…you would not be taking inhaled epinephrine. It's most likely Albuterol. Good lord. And all of those side effects happen to a small percentage of people. It's not cool that she's abusing it, but it's definitely not going to kill her, and is definitely not addictive.

Err…most asthma inhalers do not contain epinephrine anymore. We asthma sufferers normally use albuterol which doesn't have all of the side effects of epinephrine. If she's carrying around an inhaler, it probably doesn't contain the adrenaline.
