Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that John Mayer was in Austin, Texas, this past weekend with a special lady friend.

And, our sources are pretty sure that Fugs' new gal pal is actress Minka Kelly of Friday Night Lights (or a girl that looks just like her).

The pair were all sorts of romantical at Taverna Restaurant on Saturday.

"They were drinking mimosas and gazing into each others eyes," a source tells us. "She was WAY into him. They even shared a kiss."

I'm not a fan/watcher of the show and I met the cast and crew at the bar Library on 6th back in February and I partied with them and had no idea who they were till I was about to leave…( However, I'm not sure how succesful the show is but the whole crew was at Library on a very college night taking in the 1$ you call its….I had to laugh at that.)
