Owen Wilson spent Saturday afternoon taking in the sun and surf of Malibu, under the watchful eye of his older brother Andrew.

The actor is looking well following his recent suicide attempt.

Though he has decided not to go to rehab for his reported drug problems, Wilson has hired a sober companion / counselor to accompany him at all times when he's not with a family member.

I have nothing against Owen and wish him the best but….There are a lot of people a lot worse off who don't have the money or means to get help, and they have real problems, like how are they going to pay their rent or they work at some crappy job at Wal-Mart. I watched that movie The Haunting yesterday on cable. You know that old movie he was in with Catherine Zeta Jones? He looked so cute and young. I hope he is spending at least 2 hours a day at the gym. 45 min of cardio 15 min rest then 1 hour of weight training. It does wonders. Never under estamate the power of endorphins. Hell I woud ditch the sober coach or whatever the hell that is and hire a kick ass trainer and nutritionist. Anybody who is prone to deprssion should exercise. It makes you feel so much better.
