Hulk Hogan's son, reckless driver Nick, has pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone.
On August 10th, a month before his near-fatal car crash, the teen was pulled over by a Pinellas Park police officer that spotted him going almost double the speed limit.
According to Ron Stuart, a spokesman for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Judge William Overton adjudicated him guilty Monday morning and ordered a fine of $1,000, the maximum fine for the offense.
The judge also ordered the 17-year old to complete a 12-hour driver improvement course within 90 days.
John Graziano, the passenger in Nick's ugly car crash, remains in critical condition.
Police say Hogan was speeding in that accident and are still investigating.
He better be prepared to spend a lot more time in court!

He just got fined for an offense that happened a MONTH before the crash that put his friend in critical condition. He has yet to go to court for the latest crash. He has time, and time again got speeding tickets. Why at his age did the judge not suspend his license? I'm blown away by that? He's gotten 4 tickets before this crash and at least one of them were for going over 100 mph. Forget a judge…my parents would have taken my driving privilages away LOOOONG before that. It's funny on Hogan Knows Best (which doesn't seem to be the case right now) he always was so preoccupied with spying on his daughter and making sure she wasn't dating guys, and Nick who is younger gets to do whatever the hell he wants to. Why aren't Nick's parents more concerned with his potintial to actual kill himself or in this case somebody eles with his terrible driving habits? Shame on them all. A 12 hour defensive driving course is not enough they need to suspend his driving privilages. Let him take Da Bus for awhile. And MOST importantly I pray for his passenger. Per Florida driving records obtained by Tampa Bay Fox 13 affiliate WTVT, the 17-year-old Hogan—real name Nick Bollea—was nailed last September driving 105 mph in a 70 mph zone in Collier County in nearby Naples; in February, he was ticketed for driving 57 mph in a 30 mph in Dade County; then in April, he was busted for driving 106 mph in a 70 mph zone in Osceola County.
Last but not least, just two weeks ago while zooming around the city of Pinellas Park, the Hogan Knows Best star was nabbed going 82 mph in a 45 mph zone—nearly double the speed limit—and in a construction zone, no less.

If this kid in the coma dies. Nick will probably be brought up on manslaughter charges, and if that is the case, Nick will probably face at least one year in jail because it is considered a felony. Even with his money, connections, and lame plea of no contest, it is hard to plea out a felony to a misdemeanor. That is if the kid's parents decide to press charges in the first place, but if the family is angry enough which they usually are, and they think they have a chance to stand to benefit (which they will with the Hogan money), then the charges probably will be pressed.

As a father of teenagers, I am worried everytime they leave because of idiots like this. He should have his license taken away for a year. Then, when he turns 18, he should be given a POS of a car, like most teenagers. My only pray is that when, not if, he kills someone on the road, it will be him and not some innocent family and other teenagers in the other car.
I met Nick Hogan and his mom Linda in Las Vegas. He and Linda were the nicest people - they didn't know me from Adam but gave me the time of day, talked to me and my son like we were long lost friends and posed for photos. Nick was so polite to me.
