Stephanie Allen, a British heiress whose family is worth over $1 billion, has named the Mean Girls star as the other woman in a bitter divorce from her husband.
Musician Tony Allen has been rehabbing with Lohan in Utah and his soon-to-be former wife claims that the two have struck up more than just a friendly relationship.

We are from Savannah and she is not worth a billion dollars(she is not an heiress either), she has some family over in England that are weathly. Actually Allen is worth a whole bunch of $$ too but has been known to not treat his women so nicely. Glad to see you finally reported something on Lindsey Perez…considering I've been trying to give you the inside scoop on this for the last month…Way before US weekly reported it. You forgot to mention that Tony has twins and they have only been married a year and a half after dating forever. My brother saw Stephanie out last weekend…said she was pretty hammered. Yep, you are correct. I'm in AA (I'm a recovering alcoholic) and your sponsor will tell you that relationships during the first year just takes away from the attention you're supposed to focus on YOURSELF. When you first start recovery, you really don't know who you are. You know who you WERE when you were active in your addiction, but you have to sort out everything and pretty much start over. For me, it turns out that I don't like many things I used to, simply because they were activities that conveniently involved drinking and I didn't look so strange drinking at 9:00am if we were tailgating for an 11:00am game. I don't know what kind of rehab she's in now, but it seems like she should've gotten into major trouble for what she did. She's "trying to get help", yet she's still breaking rules in rehab. It just doesn't seem to make sense for her. Rehab is NOT a place to meet someone and have sex just because you can. Once again, Lindsay is not making good choices and she I wonder how long she's going to hide out until she gets out and makes the same mistakes again. Some people never get it.
This chick is just bad karma all around. She deserves all the negative publicity and bad stuff coming back at her. She created it..so live with it biyatch.
