Kiefer Sutherland's arrest early Tuesday morning for drunk driving is not his first.

The 24 actor has been arrested three other times for DUI.

Two of the arrests were in "88 and '93, and will probably not carry much weight in the current situation. From interviews I've read, Kiefer is very aware of the issues with drinking and driving, and is well known to travel by subway in his neighborhood when he plans to be out drinking.

First of all, why are all of these idiots getting DUI's? They are all so rich they should have drivers!! If I were that rich I'd never drive again, let alone drive drunk. Second of all, doesn't California have a three strike your out policy? I thought after third conviction they lock you up & throw away the key - is that only for certain crimes? Just curious. Thirdly, I have always been told that if I were to get pulled over for suspected DUI (even if I only had half of a glass of wine) to never give a breathalizer because they can not be disuted in court.
