James Brown lives on!

The deceased singer's children are mad and sad - not that their dad is dead but that a big chunk of his money is gone.

What happened?

Special administrators appointed to look into the handling of Brown's estate have told a judge that a former trustee, David Cannon, co-executor of the late singer's will, may have misappropriated up to $7 million of his money.

He's been given 10 days to repay $370,000 and 20 days to pay $30,000 for attorney fees and to produce other documents.

We have a feeling those grown ass greedy kids are gonna be having a James Brown memorabilia auction real soon!
