    STeven Spielberg isn't an idiot-he obviously sees something special in Shia and I don't blame him. He's hella talented. I like the fact that despite the fact he's not your usual Hollywood pretty boy, his personality and talent makes him attractive. The kid has shitloads of charisma and he can turn shitty dialogue from "Disturbia" into soemthing that sounds natural. That's a feat, cause he had to say so many stupid things in that movie!

    That's pretty much his appeal. He's just your normal regular guy next door. But he is a very charming, very funny and very talented regular guy next door. Tom Hanks parlayed a pretty decent career out of being just that.
