I'm not too sure John can really 'hit' it off with actresses, how many times has he tried?!?!
Musicians should really stick with their kind unless the actor is actually really passionate about their art and in that meaning, works within theater productions, script writing, improve, someone who is passionate not just some who wants the bright lights.
