Bono and The Edge have been choosen as the team behind the musical version of Spider-Man.

The fellas from U2 will work on the score and lyrics for the in development show and The Lion King mastermind, Julie Taymor, has been tapped to direct!

Things are moving along and the production team is looking for a space. "It's a a big extravaganza, which needs a huge theater," says Taymor.

Ohhhh, la excitement!

      I was part of the reading in NY two months ago. Julie T used the cast of Across the Universe, our new movie that debuted last Friday. Evan Rachel Wood was Mary Jane, Jim Sturgess as Peter Parker. Huge success.
