The country crooner's new duets album, Reba Duets, is the number one album in America this week.

Reba's new album sold more than 300,000 copies in the first week — more than double McEntire's previous first-week sales high of 124,000 with It's Your Call in 1992.

Congratulations!

This is as close to #1 as duet partner Kelly Clarkson is gonna get for a while!

Among other things, Reba opened the Country Musci Awards with this: "I don't know why I was so nervous about hosting this show this year," McEntire said. "If the Dixie Chicks can sing with their foot in their mouths, surely I can host this sucker." Why gang up on them? I also believe Dolly is being shafted. She was around wayyy before Reba and talk about a kind and loving woman…..and she has lips and doesn't sound like a donkey when she speaks…

I love this new CD. Soooooo many wonderful singers on there from Kelly Clarkson, to Faith Hill, to Don Henley. How can you go wrong with this album??
