French President Nicolas Sarkozy awards French basketball player and NBA superstar Tony Parker, of the San Antonio Spurs, the medal of Officer of the Legion of Honor, Friday at the Elysee Palace in Paris.

Eva was busy shooting Desperate Housewives.

Tony Parker is an ARROGANT ASSHOLE. I am breaking my rule of "DON'T post negative comments" because he pissed off so many people with his behavior.
I live in San Antonio and because I work in P.R., I've worked closely with Tony Parker for two charity events. One of them was three years ago, the most recent was a year ago. On both occasions, he arrived late. Over 45 minutes late. No apology. Acted like we should be grateful that he even showed up at all. He rolled his eyes, sighed, looked impatient, and checked his watch every 5 minutes. The only time he was civil is when cameras were there and reporters interviewed him.
After the first event, I thought, Maybe he was having a bad day. Well, for the second event, he was appearing with Manu Ginobili. Manu was kind, gracious, and charming. There were about 25 of us working the event. Manu thanked each of us personally and shook our hand before leaving. Tony Parker ignored the kids and families until the camera men showed up. Then he posed for a few pictures, gave a few interviews, and he was OUTTA THERE. Manu greeted the fans, signed autographs, etc. I'm not really a fan of Eva Longoria, but she can definitely do better!
