David Hans Schmidt, the infamous peddler of celebrity sex tapes, was found dead at his apartment in Phoenix on Friday - the victim of an apparent suicide.

The Arizona man recently attempted to extort $1 million from Tom Cruise for the Scientologist's stolen wedding photos.

We hope the cops look into this "suicide."

Well, I tell ya –I know Perez joking and all that about the guys "suicide" but seriously, over here on the east coast a man washed up on one of our county beaches recently, he'd been despondent over his NY girlfriend recent suicide and police said there had been a diary left saying she was being harassed and hounded by scientologists…..so it IS an interesting theory, also do you know there is a FAIR GAME policy in the cult that says any attacks on scientology as a whole or scientologists in particular, can be dealt with with this FAIR GAME policy which states in a nutshell that any thing including violence, harassment, reputation destruction, false litigation, and KILLING is okay. Check it out on the web, there's lots of these documents out there, plus I have seen this Hubbard Communication Office policy letter with my own eyes when I was doing courses out at CCINT in Los Angeles. (Celebrity Centre). Very interesting.
