Britney Loses Custody Of Her Kids!!!
K-Fed's plan worked!
Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's attorney, paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning to discuss Britney Spears driving illegally - without a valid drivers license - while her children were in the car with her this past weekend.
As a result, a Los Angeles judge on Monday took away Spears' custody rights and ordered to turn over her boys to Federline by Wednesday, OK! magazine was the first to report.
They will remain with him until further notice.
Until now, Britney and Kevin have had 50/50 joint custody. Now, Federline will have 100% physical custody.
The ruling says:
"Respondent's oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court's prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent's ex- parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88."
Did she fail one of her court-ordered random drug tests???? Did she not go to her court-ordered parenting classes????

I'm sick of people sticking up for Britney. My parents were divorced when I was 11 in 1987 and I went to live with my father. My mother, may she RIP, continued to chain smoke plus do drugs and drink until she developed COPD in 1999 (eventually developing diabetes from Pretnazone to control COPD and passed away from COPD this past March). My dad, on the other hand, QUIT DRINKING AND DRUGS in 1978 and quit smoking in 1984 and didn't relapse in either of those departments. I am 31 and I detest drugs, I detest smoking and I DETEST ALCOHOL! Lessons learned folks, DON'T EITHER SMOKE OR DRINK OR DO DRUGS!

I'm a mother of four and I will admit it is hard when you want to do certain things when you have so much responsibility. I agree that Britney needs an interventionand she needs to be surrounded by her closest friends and family. If this really is a ploy to ditch th children, hopefully she will realize that it's wrong and that those cute, sweet innocent children are great big bundles of joy. No matter how much she pushes her mom away I think she should push back even harder to be there for her. I'm still a fan of Britney Spears and I'm a firm believer that it's never too late to redeem yourself, but for right now her major music comeback should be put on hold. I hope she plans to get the help she needs, tone down her party life, and show everyone especially Kevin's team and the Judges that she is prepared to do the right thing and love her children. Maybe when they go to court again she and Kevin can work out a 50/50 split when it comes to custody of the children. I don't think anyone wants her to completly give up her personal social life but a lot of activities should be kept quiet around the kids. She has money she could always hire someone to help with the kids when they're not with Kevin.
