She's totally influenced by Tori. It's evident in her songwriting and her personal style. That's not really a bad thing, though. However, she should stop trying to emulate her so much. This video reminds me of Tori's "Past The Mission", with all of the girls coming out of nowhere, in black dresses, across a field of dry grass - the scenery is verrrrrrrry reminiscent. Regina's even got Tori's signature red lips and bare eyes of the '90s. Is she going to dye her hair red next? Oh, and the pic that you've been posting lately of Regina sitting at her piano, side view, totally toothy grin - that is *so* Tori.

Regina and Tori both happen to be very talented female singer/songwriters who happen to play piano. They do have similarities and both have some quirkiness. Regina has been influenced by Tori somewhat but is definitely her own person. There's definitely room for both!
