He claims a paparazzo was following him.

I'm an aussie…. and he released a statement this morning in Australia saying that it was not the paparazzis fault, but a guy doing an illegal U turn that he was trying to avoid. The paps were just doing their job, and he was trying to retain his privacy on the way to an AA so sped off. Unfortunately the guy doing an illegal U turn got in his way and he had to let his bike fall to avoid him. He said the pap actually stopped and helped him get up, and didn't take any photos of it. If he was in the states, this would be a very different story - the paps would be all over it. He said that there was no need to make this a bigger story than it is.

Unlike most celebs, i have faith in Keith. He didn't wait for bad press before he went to rehab unlike Brit,Lohan,Sambora,etc… He recogized his prob before it spiraled out of cotroll and handled it. I think this most recent incidence is coindence and nothing more. Besides hes fucking!!! hot!!!

check your facts perez.. he wasn't drunk, he was being followed, and he is quoted as saying the accident was not the photographer's fault.. the photographer actually helped him up off the road.. without taking photos… you do like to make up stuff don't you.. it's makes me wonder how much i read on here is actually true.. not much i expect.. will i have to start going to other sites to get the 'real' facts?
